Sometimes I get just a little bit annoyed when experts make a complex process seem simple by reducing it to oversimplified steps. This is done too often in manifestation teachings. It’s more honest to acknowledge the complexity. For example, I’m sure you’ve come across these steps for manifestation.
I get annoyed when I read lists like these because lists make the process seem linear and they don’t account for the messiness that life is. What if you’re not clear about what you want? or your desires seem to contradict each other? What if you have trouble visualizing? or you find it easier to visualize what you don’t want? What if its easier to feel fear that you’ll never get what you want? or frustration that it’s so hard to get there? What if you can’t stop thinking of what you want? or if “letting go” feels like giving up so you hold on even tighter? None of the steps above are linear. Instead, they are interconnected as all things in life are. What matters is your ongoing participation in that negotiation. As long as you continue engaging and working through what comes up in the process, you will get better and better at producing the results you want. I'd love to know: What step hangs you up the most? What do you particularly experience? Send me an email and I'll personally tell you something you can do to help you get through that stage. |

Hey Reader, I wanted to share a gem with you. I had a conversation in the Facebook community about the importance of our thoughts. This is not a new idea. I'm sure you're heard the saying "your thoughts create your reality." Well, this concept is now backed by neuroscience. The Huberman Lab Podcast hosted by a Stanford scientist, Andrew Huberman, is a must follow on your favorite podcast app. In a recent episode, he talks about evidence of the placebo effect and the belief effect to change...
Like many of you, most parents who join my Facebook group share that they're worried their trauma impacts their children. Please join the group if you haven't.
